Regarding COVID-19 and Virtual Therapy
Given the concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share the extra precautions The Groves is taking to keep our patients and team members safe and inform you of your options for continued care at The Groves.
We are closely monitoring the recommendations of government health agencies, such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health organizations, and have further heightened our rigorous hygiene and sanitation protocol.

Distance Telehealth options
The Groves is excited to offer new virtual counseling.
One of the best ways to prevent the spread of disease is to limit exposure to public settings. The Groves is now offering virtual appointments via Doxy.me -- A video conferencing service that is oriented for healthcare providers and is compliant with HIPPA privacy standards.

Steps We Are Taking to Prevent Disease Spread
Disinfecting high-touch surfaces throughout the office regularly such as door handles, break room surfaces, help desk counters, handrails and appliances.
Asking that no one accompany patients to their appointments unless absolutely necessary, and asking that those accompanying wait outside of the office.
Requiring staff to conform to the highest hygiene standards, including frequent hand washing throughout the day.
Recommending that those who are not feeling well to stay home to prevent any spread of germs.
Educating our patients and staff on COVID-19 symptoms as well as preventative measures.
Continuing to follow the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health officials.
